The AD7714YRUZ is a complete analogue front end for low frequency measurement applications. The device receives low-level signals directly from sensors and outputs serial digital words. It uses sigma-delta conversion technology to achieve up to 24-bit gapless performance. The input signals are applied to a proprietary programmable gain front-end based on an analogue modulator. The modulator output is processed by an on-chip digital filter. The first notch of this digital filter is programmable via an on-chip control register to adjust the filter cut-off and settling time.
