The DRV8876-Q1 is an integrated motor driver with an N-channel H-bridge, charge pump, current sensing and proportional output, current regulation and protection circuitry. The charge pump enhances efficiency by supporting an N-channel MOSFET half bridge and 100% duty cycle drive. The device family is available in pin-to-pin RDS(on) models, allowing different loads to be supported with only minor design changes.
