The TPS7B68-Q1 is a 500mA watchdog LDO designed for operation up to 40V with a typical quiescent current of only 19µA at light load conditions, incorporating a programmable function for selecting a window or standard watchdog and using an external resistor to set the watchdog time to within 10% accuracy.
