The EiceDRIVERTM 2ED4820EMXUMA2 is an intelligent high voltage side N-channel MOSFET gate driver with two outputs controlled via SPI. The integrated powerful charge pump allows the external MOSFET to conduct continuously. Because of the driver's increased on and off capability, the number of MOSFETs can be easily increased to manage high currents in the hundreds of amps while ensuring fast switching. the MOSFETs can be controlled in either common-mode or common-source back-to-back configurations.
