ISO7330CQDWRQ1 provides current isolation up to 3000 VRMS per UL 1577 for 1 minute, and 4242 VPK per VDE V 0884-10.

ISO7330CQDWRQ1 has three isolated channels, consisting of logical input and output buffers separated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barriers.
