Product Description

ISO7041-Q1 device is an ultra-low power consumption multi-channel digital isolator that can be used to isolate CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/O. The logic input and output buffers of each isolated channel are isolated by dual capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulated gates. The combination of an innovative edge based architecture and a switch keyed modulation scheme allows these isolators to have very low power consumption while meeting the 3000 VRMS isolation rating specified in UL1577. ISO7041-Q1 device has a dynamic current consumption of less than 120 per channel at 3.3V μ A/Mbps, static current consumption of 3.5 per channel μ A. Therefore, it can be used in system design that requires power consumption and thermal performance.
