The ISOW7740DFMR device is an electrically isolated four-channel digital isolator with a low radiation integrated high efficiency power converter in a 20-pin SOIC package. The ISOW7740 offers up to 550mW of isolated power, eliminating the need for a separate isolated power supply in space-constrained isolation designs.
