The ADT7311WTRZ device is a narrow-body 8-pin SOIC packaged high-precision digital temperature sensor. It has a built-in bandgap temperature reference source and a 16-bit ADC for temperature monitoring and digital conversion with a resolution of 0.0078°C. The default ADC resolution is set to 13 bits (0.0625°C). ADC resolution is in user programmable mode and can be changed via serial interface.
