The TMP75BQDGKRQ1 device is an integrated digital temperature sensor that features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that can operate from a 1.8V power supply and is pin and register compatible with industry standards LM75 and TMP75. The device is packaged in VSVSOP-8 and does not require external components for temperature measurement. Designed for thermal management and thermal protection in a wide range of automotive applications, the TMP75B-Q1 is a high-performance alternative to PCB onboard NTC thermistors.
