The TMP05BKSZ-500RL7 device is a single-chip temperature sensor that produces a modulated serial digital output (PWM) whose output is proportional to the temperature of the device. The high level period (TH) of PWM remains stable throughout the temperature range, while the low level period (TL) varies. The Class B version has high temperature accuracy and excellent sensor linearity characteristics, with an accuracy of ±1°C in the range 0°C to 70°C.
