The TMP05BKSZ device is a single-chip temperature sensor that produces a modulated serial digital output (PWM) that is proportional to the temperature of the device. The high level period (TH) of PWM remains stable throughout the temperature range, while the low level period (TL) varies. The Class B version has high temperature accuracy and excellent sensor linearity characteristics, with an accuracy of ±1°C in the range 0°C to 70°C. The TMP05's digital output is CMOS/TTL compatible and easily interfaces with the serial inputs of most common microprocessors.
