The TTDA7708CBTR is a fully integrated, optimised RF tuner for AM/FM reception. It allows the implementation of AM/FM solutions for automotive receivers and other applications (as well as HD-Radio™, which interfaces with STMicroelectronics' STA680 coprocessor.) The TTDA7708CBTR combines state-of-the-art performance with a minimum number of external components, making it ideal for integrating automotive receivers and other applications. As a result, it is ideally suited for integration into car radios and other radio equipment where performance, quality, reliability and cost are paramount. This low external component count is made possible by the use of cutting-edge circuitry and implementation techniques that overcome the major challenges affecting its performance.The TDA7708CBTR features multiple front-end low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) covering the AMLW/MW/SW bands and the entire FM band, as well as advanced automatic gain control (AGC) amplifiers and mixer stages.
