INA303A2QPWRQ1 Overcurrent Protection The high-speed precision current sense amplifier features two high-speed integrated comparators to detect over-range current conditions.

The open-drain alarm outputs can be configured to operate in either transparent mode (where the output state remains the same as the input state) or latched mode (where the alarm output clears on latched reset). The alarm response time for Comparator 1 is less than 1µs, while the alarm response time for Comparator 2 is set by an external capacitor and ranges from 2µs to 10s.

The INA303A2QPWRQ1 is available in a 14-pin TSSOP package with a wide rated operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The INA30x-Q1 devices are qualified to AEC-Q100 for automotive applications.
