The MAX20020ATBB/V is a 2.2MHz and 3.2MHz dual step-down converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. step-down converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. the high-voltage step-down converter is available for continuous operation with input voltages up to 17V. the output voltages are factory preset. step-down 1 is preset to 3.3V, 3.0V, or 2.8V. step-down 2 is preset to 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V, or 1V. Buck 1 is preset to 3.3V, 3.0V, or 2.8V. Buck 2 is preset to 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V, or 1V. Another option is to preset Buck 1 to 5V and Buck 2 to 3.3V. The low-voltage buck operates in a fixed-frequency PWM mode, with a switching frequency of either 2.2MHz or 3.2MHz. The high-frequency operation allows for a fully ceramic capacitor design and small external components. Low resistance on-chip switching ensures high efficiency while minimising critical inductance. 500mV enabled hysteresis on the MAX20020ATBB/V allows the use of long, low-cost coaxial cables, even at slow speeds. Long, low-cost coaxial cables can be used even in slow startup situations. buck 1 on the MAX20020ATBB/V starts after VSUP is greater than 5.5V and buck 1 is driven by the EN input.
