The MAX20006AFOC/VY regulator is a small size, automotive synchronous buck converter with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The device delivers up to 6A current at 3.5V to 36V input voltages, with static current of only 25µA when unloaded. The voltage quality can be monitored through the RESET signal, which is active at a low level. The device operates in a low-voltage differential mode with a 98% duty cycle, making it ideal for automotive applications.
