The AD7654ASTZRL is a low-cost, synchronous sampling, dual-channel, 16-bit, charge-redistribution SAR analog-to-digital converter powered by a 5 V single supply. The device includes two low-noise, wide-band, synchronous sampling/hold amplifiers, a 16-bit high-speed sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuits, and serial and parallel system interface ports. Each sample-hold amplifier has a multiplexer in front of it to provide a 4-channel input ADC.
