The AD7663ASTZRL, based on the Pulsar core, is a bipolar 16-bit, 250 kSPS charge redistribution SAR-type analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single 5 V supply. It has a built-in high-speed 16-bit sampling ADC, a resistor input scalar that accepts a variety of input ranges, an internal conversion clock, error correction circuitry, and serial and parallel system interfaces.
