The AD7684BRMZRL7 is a 16-bit, charge-redistribution, successive-approximation PulSAR® analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply (VDD). The device incorporates a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit lossless sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, and a serial, SPI-compatible interface, as well as a low-noise, wide-bandwidth, short-aperture-delay sample-and-hold circuit. On the falling edge of CS, the device samples the voltage difference between the +IN and -IN pins. The reference voltage (REF) is externally supplied and can be set up to the supply voltage, which varies linearly with power consumption and throughput.

The AD7684BRMZRL7 is available in an 8-pin MSOP package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
