Product Description

The ADG4612BRUZ incorporates four independent single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches. The ADG4612BRUZ switches are activated when the corresponding control input is logic 1. When activated, each switch exhibits identical conductance in both directions, with the input signal range extending to the supply voltage range.


Without power, the switches remain off, with the switch inputs in a high-impedance state. This ensures no current flows, protecting the switches from damage. This feature proves particularly useful in applications where analogue signals may be present at the switch inputs before power-up, or where the user cannot control power sequencing.


In the off state, signal levels up to 16V can be blocked. Furthermore, the switches will also turn off if the analogue input signal level exceeds VDD by VT.


These switches feature ultra-low on-resistance, making them an ideal solution for data acquisition and gain switching applications where low on-resistance and low distortion performance are critical. The on-resistance curve remains exceptionally flat across the entire analogue input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals.
