The AD7685BRMZRL7 is a 16-bit charge-redistribution successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single 2.3 V to 5.5 V VDD supply. It includes a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADC internal conversion clock and a versatile serial interface port. In addition, the device features low noise, wide bandwidth, short aperture delay, track-and-scan, short aperture delay track-and-hold circuitry. On the rising edge of CNV, it samples the analogue input IN+ between 0 V and REF. with the analogue input IN+ between ground sense IN-. The reference voltage REF can be set to the supply voltage. Power consumption is linearly related to throughput. The SPI-compatible serial interface also has the following features, uses the SDI input to daisy-chain multiple ADCs on a single three-wire bus, or provides an optional "busy" indicator. It is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, or 5 V logic voltages.The AD7685BRMZRL7 is available in a 10-lead MSOP or 10-lead LFCSP package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to -40°C. The AD7685BRMZRL7 is available in a 10-lead MSOP or 10-lead LFCSP package.
