The AD7683ARMZRL7 is a 16-bit charge-redistribution, successive-approximation, PulSAR® analogue-to-digital converter (ADC). The AD7683ARMZRL7 is a 16-bit charge-redistribution, successive-approximation, PulSAR® analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single VDD supply between 2.7 V and 5.5 V. It contains a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sample, missing-code (B) ADC and a serial SPI compatible interface port. It consists of a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sample, missing code (B) free ADC, an internal conversion clock, and a serial SPI-compatible interface port. The device also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, short aperture delay track and hold circuit. It samples an analogue input +IN from 0 V to REF on the falling edge of CS. The reference voltage, REF, is externally applied and can be set to the supply voltage, its power, and throughput.The AD7683ARMZRL7 is available in 8-lead MSOP or 8-lead QFN with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
