The AD7682BCBZ is a 4-channel, 16-bit, charge redistribution successive approximation register (SAR) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single power supply, VDD.The AD7682BCBZ contains all of the components for multi-channel, low-power data acquisition. All the components used in a multi-channel, low-power data acquisition system, including a true 16-bit SAR ADC with no missing codes; 4-channel low crosstalk multiplexer to configure the inputs as single-ended; internal low-drift references (selectable 2.5 V or 4.096 V) and buffers; a temperature sensor; an optional unipolar filter; and a sequencer. Useful when scanning channels sequentially and continuously.The AD7682BCBZ uses a simple serial port interface (SPI) for writing configuration registers and receiving conversion results.The SPI interface uses a separate power supply, VIO, which is set to the host logic level.
