The AD7988-1BCPZ are 16-bit successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs), analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) that operate from a single VDD supply.The AD7988-1BCPZ are low-power 16-bit sampling ADCs with 100 kSPS throughput and feature a versatile serial interface port. They sample the analogue input on the rising edge of CNV, and the analogue input between IN+. The reference voltage REF is externally applied and can be set independently of the supply voltage VDD. It is independent of the supply voltage VDD. The SPI-compatible serial interface also provides the ability to connect multiple ADCs in series on a single three-wire bus via SDI inputs. it is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, or 5 V logic voltages, and uses a separate power supply, VIO. it operates over the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is also compatible with the SDI inputs and the SDI inputs.
