The MAX11615EEE low-power, 12-bit multichannel analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) features internal track/hold (T/H), voltage references, clocks, and an I2C-compatible two-wire serial interface. The device operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V supply or 4.5V to 5.5V and requires only 670µA at a maximum sampling rate of 94.4ksps. At sample rates below 46ksps, the supply current is less than 230µA. The MAX11615EEE has four analogue input channels. The fully differential analogue inputs are software configurable for unipolar or bipolar, single-ended or differential operation. The full-scale analogue input range is defined by the internal reference or an externally applied reference voltage ranging from 1 V to VDD. The MAX11615EEE uses a 2.048 V internal reference.
