The AD7946BRMZ is a 14-bit, 500 kSPS, charge-redistribution, successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single 5 V supply (VDD). The device incorporates an extremely low-power, high-speed, 16-bit lossless sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, and a multi-function serial interface port, as well as a low-noise, wide-bandwidth, very-short-aperture-delay sample-and-hold circuit. On the rising edge of CNV, the device samples the analogue input voltage difference between IN+ and IN- from 0 V to REF. The reference voltage (REF) is externally supplied and can be set up to the supply voltage.

The AD7946BRMZ is available in a 10-pin QFN (LFCSP) package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
