The AD7694ARMZ is a 16-bit, 250 kSPS, charge-redistribution, successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered from a single 2.7 V to 5.25 V supply (VDD). The device incorporates an extremely low-power, high-speed, 16-bit lossless sampling ADC (Class B), an internal conversion clock, and an SPI-compatible serial interface port, as well as a low-noise, wide-bandwidth, very-short aperture-delay sample-and-hold circuit. On the rising edge of CNV, the AD7694 samples the analogue input voltage difference between IN+ and IN- from 0 V to REF. The reference voltage (REF) is externally supplied and can be set up to the supply voltage.
Power consumption and throughput are linearly related.
The AD7694ARMZ is available in an 8-pin µSOIC package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
