The AD7699BCPZ is an 8-channel, 16-bit, charge redistribution successive-approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with a single power supply.
The AD7699BCPZ has the elements required for a multichannel, low-power, data-acquisition system, including: a distortion-free, true 16-bit SAR ADC; a 4-channel, low-crosstalk multiplexer for configuring the inputs as single-ended (with or without reference ground), differential, or bipolar inputs; an internal, low-drift reference source (selectable from 2.5 V or 4.096 V), and a buffer; temperature sensor; selectable 1-pole filter; and sequencer for multiple channels of continuous sampling.
The AD7699BCPZ is available in a small 20-pin LFCSP package and operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
