The AD9254BCPZ-150 is a single-chip, 14-bit, 150 MSPS analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single 1.8 V supply, with a built-in high-performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and on-chip reference voltage source. It features a multi-stage differential pipeline architecture with built-in output error correction logic that provides 14-bit precision at 150 MSPS data rate and guarantees lossless coding over the full operating temperature range.

The AD9254BCPZ-150 is available in a 48-pin LFCSP_VQ package and is rated over the -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
