The AD4000BRMZ is a high-accuracy, high-speed, low-power, 16-bit, easy-drive, precision successive approximation register (SAR) analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) with a single supply (VDD). The reference voltage, VREF, is externally supplied and can be independent of the supply voltage.The AD4000BRMZ power consumption varies linearly with throughput rate.
