HMC8342LS6 is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) single-chip microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) ×2 active broadband frequency multiplier. When driven by a 5 dBm signal, the multiplier provides a typical output power of 15 dBm. The output frequency range is 22 GHz to 42 GHz, with input fundamental and third harmonic isolation measured at the output of −23 dBc and −20 dBc, respectively (at an output frequency of 30 GHz).
