The HMC942LP4E is an x2 active broadband multiplier that uses GaAs pHEMT technology and features a RoHS-compliant leadless SMT package. When driven by a +4 dBm signal, this multiplier provides a typical output power of +17 dBm in the 13 to 24.6 GHz range. Fo and 3Fo isolation is greater than 20 dBc (19 GHz). The HMC942LP4E is suitable for use in LO multiplier chains for point-to-point and VSAT radios, enabling a reduction in the number of components compared to traditional solutions.
