The HMC695LP4E is an active miniature x4 frequency multiplier utilising the InGaP GaAs HBT technology. The HMC695LP4E is an active miniature x4 multiplier manufactured using InGaP GaAs HBT technology in a 4x4 mm lead-free surface mount package. The power output is +7 dBm (typical) at +5V supply voltage and varies very little with respect to input power, temperature and supply voltage. Rejection of unwanted fundamental and subharmonics is greater than 25 dBc (typical) relative to output signal level. Additive SSB phase noise as low as -140 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz detuning helps users maintain good system noise performance.
