Product Description

The EFR32BG26B420F3200IM48-B low-power SoC features a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, offering a robust and energy-efficient design. This device features low active and sleep current, AI/ML hardware accelerator, 3200kB flash memory, 512kB RAM and Secure Vault™.


In addition, the EFR32BG26B420F3200IM48-B also features a 2-channel digital-to-analog converter (VDAC), an 8-channel direct memory access (DMA) controller, and a 20-channel peripheral reflection system (PRS). It is powered by a single power supply ranging from 1.71V to 3.8V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
