The RTL8735BDM is a highly integrated low power 802.11a /b/g/n WLAN and Bluetooth camera lens SoC. It integrates an arm® v8M MCU (500MHz and 2.23 DMIPS/MHz), dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth BLE5, audio codec, ISP and H264/H265 encoder, DDR2 128MB memory, and a neural network intelligent engine into a single chip. It also provides useful high-speed connection connectors, such as USB 2.0 hosts, USB 2.0 devices, SD hosts, and a set of configurable GPIOs, which are configured for digital peripherals for different applications and control purposes.

The RTL8735BDM offers a full range of IO interfaces for designing thin, light, small iot doorbells, portable AI cameras, AIOT-demanding home appliances, and edge AI video recognition applications ‌.
