The NRF52840-QIAA a high-performance, multi-protocol system-on-chip (SoC) designed for low-power wireless applications. It supports multiple wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth 5.4 (including BLE, Bluetooth mesh), Thread, Zigbee, IEEE 802.15.4, ANT, and a proprietary 2.4GHz stack.

NRF52840-QIAA Core Specifications

Processor Core: Integrates a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4F processor up to 64MHz with a floating point unit (FPU) to perform complex computational tasks.

Memory: With 1MB Flash and 256KB RAM, it is capable of storing large applications and data.
