The ADP7142ACPZN3.3 is a CMOS low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator with an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 40V and an output current of up to 200mA. This high input voltage LDO is suitable for high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits that regulate power rails from 39V to 1.2V. The ADP7142ACPZN3.3 adopts an advanced proprietary architecture, offering high power supply suppression and low noise characteristics. It can achieve excellent line and load transient response performance with just a 2.2 μF small ceramic output capacitor. The output noise of the ADP7142ACPZN3.3 voltage regulator is 11 μV rms, which is independent of the fixed option output voltage of 5 V and below.
