The TPSM84624MOLR power module is an easy-to-use integrated power supply that combines a 6A DC/DC converter with a power MOSFET, a shielded inductor, and multiple passive components within a compact QFM package. This power solution requires only six external components while still allowing for adjustment of key parameters to meet specific design requirements. The TurboTrans™ feature enables ultra-fast transient response. TurboTrans enables optimisation of transient response to reduce output voltage deviation and lower the required output capacitance.

The TPSM84624MOLR features a 7.5mm × 7.5mm × 5.3mm, 24-pin QFM package that is easy to solder onto a printed circuit board and offers excellent power dissipation capability. The TPSM84624 is highly flexible and offers numerous features, including normal power supply, programmable UVLO, tracking, pre-bias start-up, and overcurrent and over-temperature protection, making it an excellent choice for powering a wide range of devices and systems.
