The TPSM64404RCHR is a highly integrated DC/DC design supporting a The TPSM64404RCHR is a highly integrated DC/DC design supporting a 36V input that combines multiple power MOSFETs, a shielded inductor, and multiple passive components in an enhanced HotRod™ QFN package.

The TPSM64404RCHR uses an interleaved, stackable current-mode control architecture to support dual outputs or high-current single outputs for simple loop compensation, fast transient response, excellent load and linear slew rates, and accurate current sharing, with output clocking support for up to six phases (currents up to 18A).

The TPSM64404RCHR's VIN and VOUT pins are located at the corners of the package for optimal placement of input and output capacitors. A large thermal pad below the module allows for simple layout and easy handling during manufacturing.
