The AD7940BRJZ is a 14-bit, fast, low-power, successive approximation ADC, powered by a single 2.50V to 5.5V supply, with a maximum throughput rate of up to 100 kSPS. This device is equipped with a low-noise, wideband wide sampling-hold amplifier and can handle input frequencies above 7 MHz.

The AD7940BRJZ adopts advanced design technology and can achieve extremely low power consumption at high throughput rates. The reference voltage of this device is obtained from the VDD, thereby providing the widest dynamic input range for the ADC. Therefore, its analog input range is from 0V to VDD. The conversion rate of AD7940BRJZ depends on the SCLK frequency.
