The LMH32404QWRHFRQ1 is a four-channel, single-ended input-to-differential output transimpetry amplifier (TIA), suitable for light detection and ranging (LIDAR) applications and laser ranging systems. Its main features include:

The LMH32404QWRHFRQ1 integrates a 100mA clamp on each channel, which can provide protection for the amplifier and allow the device to quickly recover from overload input conditions. In addition, the LMH32404QWRHFRQ1 also provides an integrated ambient light elimination (ALC) circuit on each channel, which can replace the AC coupling between the photodiode and the amplifier, thereby saving board layout space and system costs. When measuring direct current and low frequencies, ALC circuits should be prohibited.
