The LTC6560IUD is a low-noise, transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with a 220MHz bandwidth.The LTC6560IUD's low noise, high transimpedance, and low power consumption make it well suited for LIDAR receivers with avalanche photodiodes (APDs).The LTC6560IUD has 74kΩ transimpedance gain and a 30µA linear input current range. The input current noise density is 4.8pA/√Hz (at 200MHz) when using an input circuit with a total input capacitance of 2pF. Noise and bandwidth are further improved by using lower capacitance. the LTC6560IUD operates from a single 5V supply and consumes only 90mW of power. the LTC6560IUD's output mux allows multiple LTC6560 devices to be combined into a single output. the LTC6560IUD's fast overload recovery and fast output muxing make it ideally suited for LIDAR receivers with multiple APDs.
