The LTC2376IMS-16 is a low noise, low power, high speed 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) ADC‌. It operates under a 2.5V power supply and features a ±VREF full differential input range, with the variation range of VREF from 2.5V to 5.1V. The LTC2376IMS-16 has a power consumption of only 3.4mW, achieves ±0.5LSB INL (maximum), no missed code, and has a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 97dB ‌.
