The LP8869QPWPRQ1 is a highly integrated, low EMI, easy-to-use LED driver with a DC-DC converter that supports boost and SEPIC mode operation. The device features four or three high precision current sinks that can be combined for higher current capability. The DC converters feature adaptive output voltage control. This feature minimises power consumption by adjusting the voltage to a sufficiently low level in all cases. To reduce electromagnetic interference, the DC-DC supports extended spectrum switching frequencies and external synchronisation. The wider range of adjustable frequencies enables the LP8869QPWPRQ1 to avoid interference in sensitive frequency bands.The LP8869QPWPRQ1 has an input voltage range of 4.5 V to 40 V to support automotive start-stop and load dump conditions.The LP8869QPWPRQ1 integrates extensive fault detection functions.
