The AD5669RBCPZ-2500 is a low-power, 8-channel, 16-bit, buffered voltage output DAC, powered by a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply, and monotonicity is guaranteed through design. This device is equipped with a built-in 2.5V, 5 ppm/°C reference voltage source, and the full-scale output range is 5V. When powered on, the on-chip reference voltage source is turned off, so the external reference voltage can be used. The internal reference voltage is enabled through software writing.
