The AD5767BCPZ is a 16-channel, 12-bit, voltage-output denseDAC® digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This DAC generates the output voltage using an external 2.5V reference voltage. According to the selected voltage range, the midpoint of the output range can be adjusted. The minimum output voltage can be as low as -20V and the maximum output voltage can be as high as + 14V. Each of the 16 channels can be monitored by using the integrated output voltage multiplexer.

The AD5767BCPZ has the following characteristics:

A complete 16-channel, 12-bit DAC

−10 V to +6 V, −12 V to +14 V, −16 V to +10 V, ±5 V and ±10 V

-12 V to +14 V, -16 V to +10 V, ±5 V and ±10 V

Integrated DAC output buffer, with an output current capability of ±20 mA

Two packages are available: 4mm × 4mm WLCSP and 40-pin LFCSP

Integrate the reference voltage buffer

Two disturbance signal input pins

Channel monitoring multiplexer

1.8V logical compatibility

Temperature range: -40°C to +105°C
