The LMX2491RTWR device is a low-noise 6.4GHz wideband Δ-Σ fractional N PLL with ramp/linear frequency modulation generation function. It consists of a phase-frequency detector, a programmable charge pump and a high-frequency input suitable for an external VCO. The LMX2491RTWR widely supports various flexible ramp functions, including FSK, PSK, and up to 8 configurable segmented linear FM modulation profiles. This device features precise PLL resolution and rapid ramp function, with a phase detector rate as high as 200MHz.
