The LMX2492QRTWRQ1 is a 14GHz wideband triangulation integral N-division PLL with ramp and ultra-wideband signal source generation capabilities. It consists of a phase-frequency detector, a programmable charge pump and a high-frequency input for an external VCO. The LMX2492QRTWRQ1 supports a wide range and flexible class of ramping capabilities, including FSK, PSK, and configurable piecewise linear FM modulation system configurations of up to 8 segments. In addition, the LMX2492QRTWRQ1 also supports fine PLL resolution and a fast ramp with a phase detector rate up to 200MHz.
