The LMX2592RHAR is a low-noise wibroadband RF PLL integrated with a VCO, supporting a frequency range from 20MHz to 9.8GHz. This device supports both fractional N and integer N modes and features a 32-bit fractional divider, enabling the selection of the appropriate frequency. Its integral noise is 49fs (for a 6GHz output), making it an ideal low-noise source. The LMX2592RHAR integrates first-class PLL and VCO integral noise with an integrated low-voltage linear regulator (LDO), thus eliminating the need for multiple discrete devices in high-performance systems.
