The TLE9852QX belongs to Infineon's MOTIX™ TLE985x 32-bit motor control SoC family. This single-chip, two-phase motor driver integrates the industry-standard Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with an NFET driver. The system-on-chip solution includes four fully integrated NFET drivers optimised to drive 2-phase motors with four external power NFETs, a charge pump for low-voltage operation and programmable current, and current ramp control for optimised EMC performance. The peripheral set includes a current sensor, a successive approximation ADC synchronised with the capture and compare unit for PWM control, and 16-bit timers. In addition, a LIN transceiver and multiple general-purpose input/output interfaces are integrated for communication with devices. It includes an on-chip linear regulator to power external loads.
