TLE9350BSJ: High-Speed CAN FD Transceiver for HS CAN Networks in Automotive and Industrial Applications

Overview:

The TLE9350BSJ is a high-speed CAN transceiver for HS CAN systems in automotive and industrial applications. Based on the high symmetry of the CANH and CANL output signals, the TLE9350BSJ provides extremely low electromagnetic emissions (EME) over a wide frequency range.The TLE9350BSJ even meets stringent EMC test limits without the need for additional external circuits such as common mode chokes. Optimised transmitter symmetry combined with optimised delay symmetry at the receiver enables the TLE9350BSJ to support CAN FD data frames. The device supports data rates up to 5 Mbit/s, depending on network size and inherent parasitic effects.
